Every little girl's dream

Shot a wedding yesterday for a whopping 15 hours. I have not edited or sorted the photos yet, but there was one that I had to post because I just love it so much. It is high on the list of "unique" wedding photos I have taken over the years...and I just think it is cute :-)

This little girl was just completely mesmerized by the whole wedding ceremony. She sat there watching the bride's every move, and I could just see how "every little girl's dream" begins to form at such a young age :-)

Beautiful baby

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to take one of the cutest little girls in the world to the park for a few hours. Her parents are friends of mine and they have just returned from Australia, where they have been for the past 9 months. Their daughter, Kiaya, got so big during their time away and I think she is probably one of the most beautiful little girls I have ever seen....and she has a GREAT personality. Of course, I couldn't pass up the chance to to grab a few quick snapshots of her at the park :-)

Tanja & Johan maternity shoot

This was my first outdoor pregnant shoot, and it was a TON of fun! I have to say, I am completely jealous on Tanja...She has the PERFECT pregnant belly! She was absolutely glowing, eyes sparkling, and looking incredibly beautiful! As soon as we began shooting, she got right into character, and was a natural in front of the camera. was excited to do the shoot. It was quite fun because her husband, Johan, is also a photographer, so he got some shots of me taking photos of her. All in all, we had alot of fun :-)

Rakel & Danny engagement session

"I'm not at all natural in front of the camera". Those were Rakel's exact words when we set out yesterday to do their engagement shoot. She obviously did not realize how photogenic she actually was. We had a great time doing their photos, as they are such a fun couple, and they laughed most of the time we did their pictures. I ended up shooting almost 600 photos in an hour and 15 minutes, so it was hard to narrow it down to just a couple for this blog :-)

Rockin' the graffiti...

My favorite from the shoot:

Inside the train station...

Outside the train station...

A quaint park...

Viking country

Spent a week in Iceland, the land of the vicious vikings (pronounced wishus wikings if you are Scandinavian). It was beautiful beyond my expectations...BUT, I was in meetings almost the entire time so I was not able to get too many shots. Here are a few that do this breathtaking country no justice at all. I think I might return this summer just to shoot...the lighting was the most spectacular lighting I have ever seen, and the city was colored fantastically!

Aren't the colors beautiful?!
